The Advocacy Center, formerly the Task Force for Battered Women/Child Sexual Abuse Project is seeking donations for its Safe House. The Safe House provides refuge for clients and their children who are victims of domestic violence and/or intimate partner abuse. In addition to providing basic room and board, the Advocacy Center strives to provide clients with a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment during this critical time in their lives.
An Advocacy Center Volunteer will pick up all donations.
Household Items Needed:
- Clean, Matching Pillows for 2 Couches
- 1 Entertainment Center
- 1 Nice Lamp for Living Room
- Frames (for pictures, artwork, and posters)
- Children’s Kitchen Set (wooden)
- Any other items that you would like to give.
Outdoor Items Needed:
- Push-mower for grass (non-electric, non-gas)
Painting Supplies:
- Blue Masking Tape
- Rollers (Medium, Large)
- Trim brushes
