At Juniper Manor I in Trumansburg, we are desiring an exercise class for seniors. They are low income so can't afford a large fee, but they benefit greatly from having some form of movement. We would like morning classes at Juniper Manor, and it could be yoga, tai chi, weight lifting, or some other form of movement for seniors. You would need your own insurance for liability.
